Beginning originally as a dormant solo project, Trifecta adds a new and refreshing flavor to the nu-metal-dominant New England music scene. Trifecta itself, the music, the idea- has been in existence for over 2 years. The band, the group of performers, the physical medium that the music flows through, has been in existence for only 6 months, selectively performing at venues with other acts held at high stature, and releasing free demo-versions of songs which enable Trifecta to reach more audiences.
Trifecta’s music is that derived from elements of classical music, electronica, jazz, industrial, metal, and ambient atmospheres. Trifecta’s live show combines all of these elements to create a seamless, flowing performance that can only be compared to a theater act or a play, with no breaks in the music to provide the audience with a sense of being captivated by a constant block of emotionally-driven art.
The musical vision is endless. Constantly creating new material, the drive and musical ambition of the band has done nothing but accelerate since the band’s first show, and isn’t showing any signs of slowing down.
Trifecta intends to alter people’s perspectives on music, what music is, what music should be, and how music is to be portrayed in a live performance.
