Powderburn

new bands free mp3 downloadPowderburn
Style(s): Metal, Metal/Hard Rock, Alt Metal
Label: unsigned
Manager: Joel Reyes
Booking: (512)507-6384
Influence(s): Powderburn is influenced by many genres of both past and present metal and hard rock. These include Pantera, Metallica, the Deftones, Fear Factory, Slipknot, Korn, Coal Chamber, The Misfits, Machine Head, Staind, Slayer, and Sevendust.

Powderburn's music is a combination of melodic aggression and heart felt, fear inducing lyrics that tell the tales of life's betrayals and the anger that follows. All the songs written are based on true experiences encountered by the band members as it happened. There is a lesson to be learned in every song. The album contains brilliant, brutal riffs and and an all out attack on drum beats. Powderburn's music truly expresses their feelings on the negativity they are subjected to due to being from a small town whose main influence is blues music only. Regardless of the jealousy and greed subjected upon them, Powderburn has managed to play with such established acts as The Misfits, Six Feet Under, Skinlab, and Loudmouth. They also have remained number one in america and overseas on mp3.com's metalcore charts with their hit single "NOW YOU KNOW".
