Peter Krasov is said to be one of the representatives of so called "new wave" of the Russian acoustic guitar rock. Krasov composes both lyrics and music by himself but he's got few songs, lyrics of which are written by other poets. His repertory is very different: philosophical rock ballads, bard poems are mixed with pure rock'and'roll and rythm'ahd'blues. Usually Peter performs single, accompanying himself on acoustic twelwe-string guitar. His concerts take place in rock clubs. There are some recordings made by the musician: "The Windows Of March" (2000) (bootleg, in co-authorship with Alexey Fomichev); the albums "The Face" (2001), "Down From The Bridge" (2001), "Transit" (2002) (in co-authorship with Zosima Sandonetsky), "Number Five" (2002), "On The Stage" (2002) (in co-authrship with Gourych) The most famous songs: "When We Used To Play With Words", "Time To Demolish Borders", "How To Live Further?" (lyrics by Alexander Shumejko). | |
