Influence(s): I am a Chuck Berry/Jimi Hendrix guitar showman who is a wildman. I play out about 60 times a year. I have over 50 copyrighted originals on CD with all the instruments. My direction is toward rap and modern alternative music with innovative complicated guitar arrangements. I can never escape the Jimi Hendrix overtone that is the foundation of my writing. I play with my teeth, rub the guitar on the mic stand, play behind my head and I love to just go wild and produce deep-scary sounds with my guitar through special effects. Playing is a release for me and I bend the low E string on the 3rd fret which splits my nail. Any other guitarist who tries to copy my style will do the same. I do so much bending on the low E and A strings that I don't need or use a vibrato bar. This style in combination with being a master tapper is very unique. I use very heavy strings because I love the deep tone they give me. I am giving my self another year to make a big significant improvement in my music career. If nothing happens I intend to join Musicians National Referral Service and get on a band wagon to help a happening act.
My music can be considered classical rock influence though I have some alternative concepts. However, my love songs are crismatic and moving. I have many, many songs written for I am a songwriter and other musicians and singers LOVE to collaborate with me! My goal is to become more and more rap-alternative-modern-marketable rock........period. | |
